Initiate Phase (Planning and Preperation)

This phase sets all the success factors for the project. The phase analyses the project requirements and prototypes the solution. The client further validates the prototype and gives approval to begin the build.

The initiate phase will also define the engagement model, Quality Parameters, Documentation, Backsourcing, Project Management, Risk mitigation plans etc.

Build Phase (Building the Solution)

This phase builds the solution as per the project plan. The Design, Development and Testing of the solution takes place onsite, onshore or offshore based on the engagement model.

The solution is tested according to the defined quality processes and criteria and validated to meet predefined performance matrices. The completely tested solution is prepared for delivery to the client.
